Stock and offcuts
Sheet stock by rack with a full movement history. Offcuts are recorded, reserved and sold, so nothing useful is lost.
Quotes
Price from your own rules (material, setup, folding, discounts, minimum order). Take drawings with the request, and send quotes customers can accept online.
Orders and jobs
Turn accepted quotes and shop orders into jobs, move them through your workshop stages, and reserve stock against them.
Invoices and payments
GST tax invoices as PDF, bank-transfer details, and payments recorded against the order. Card payments are optional.
Purchasing
Suppliers, purchase orders sent by email, deliveries received into stock, and reorder suggestions when material runs low.

Who is Peara for?
Fabrication shops that quote from drawings, cut or fold sheet metal, and keep stock: laser cutting and sheet-metal businesses first.
Can my own website connect to it?
Yes, with the optional online shop add-on. Your website reads items, prices and stock through a public API and sends quote requests to Peara. Checkout and payment happen on Peara.
What about my data?
Each business's data is kept separate from every other business, staff have roles with different permissions, and changes are recorded in an audit log.
How do we get started?
Request a demo. If it fits, we create your business on Peara and invite the owner to set a password. There's no sign-up form yet because we set each business up ourselves.
